Return Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.


Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non‑defective items.

  • Non‑defective returns require the customer to cover return shipping.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days. We’ll send a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund after inspection.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 30 days. Your exchange will be processed once the original item is returned.


How to Start a Return

Email us at support@trytrendly.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item you want to return

  • Reason for return

We’ll reply with next steps and, if applicable, a return label.


Refunds

Refunds are issued 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank may require additional time to post the refund.


Non‑Returnable Items

  • Final‑sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items not in original condition (unless defective)
